Starter

Crostini of whipped feta cheese, sun blushed baby plum tomato, cassis and onion jam

Main course

Supreme of corn fed chicken filled with a tarragon mousse, served with champ mash, chantenay carrots, thyme & red wine jus

Vegetarian option on request

 
Dessert

Vanilla creme brulee with shortbread biscuit  

Selction of wines and beer served throughout dinner
